Account Manager overseeing 15-30 officersResponsible for security service delivery and leadership of the officers assigned to your sitePrevious supervisor experience in a related field required; prior military, police preferredOversees scheduling and complianceWill receive detailed training on the job dutiesYour background:
MUST
have a valid DL and pass MVRYou have a high school education or equivalent (GED)You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening processDispatch, Military, Law Enforcement experience preferredYou have a state license if requiredMust be effective at coaching and teaching officers and holding personnel accountable to GardaWorld and client standardsMust have previous experience issuing corrective actionEffective communication skills (email, phone, in person).
