GardaWorld Security Services is looking for an Assistant Account Manager to fulfill different assignments for our clients.JOB DESCRIPTIONGeneral Assistant Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standardDevelop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staffMeet regularly with client to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfactionManage 24/7 Security Operations of siteCoach, Mentor, and Train all assigned Staff Members.Interview, Hire, and Onboard New Staff Members.Ensure and enforce that all staff are following SOPs, meeting/exceeding standard. Regularly audit security procedures and test security awareness and responsesManage a tiered disciplinary process.Manage and Issue Equipment/Uniforms.Covers shifts as needed to fulfill contract requirements.Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracyEnsure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in assigned accountRespond quickly to critical situationsAbility to read and write detailed reportsManage fleet maintenanceServe as the Account Manager as needed QUALIFICATIONSQualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirementsYou are able to pass a background check and drug testYou have a valid driver's licenseProven experience as security or related field (Former Military, Law Enforcement preferred)Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)Experience in reporting and emergency response planningExcellent knowledge of security protocols and proceduresWorking knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsCommitted and reliableGeneral Qualifications to work as an Assistant Account Manager at GardaWorld include:Possess at least an associate's degree or equivalentMinimum 2 years progressive management experiencePass an extensive screening processLicense B07179EEOC Statement: It is the policy of GardaWorld Security Services to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability in accordance with applicable federal laws.
