JOB DESCRIPTION
General Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standardDevelop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staffMeet regularly with client to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfactionParticipate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the accountEnsure 100% payroll and billing accuracyEnsure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in assigned accountRespond quickly to critical situationsAbility to read and write detailed reportsEnforce client procedures, regulations, and standardsQUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirementsCan use computer and are comfortable typing, preparing PowerPoint, etc.Minimum 3 - 5 years of professional‐level experience required. Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military is required.Experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions of the security industry is a plusCurrent state driver's license, clean driving record (no points in prior 3 years), and ability to safely operate a Company vehicle requiredGeneral Qualifications to work as an Account Manager at GardaWorld include:
Excellent management skillsCustomer Focus – Maintaining awareness and seeking to meet the needs and wants of the internal and external customersExcellent communication skills both oral and writtenLeadership Orientation – Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model, guide, develop and mentor others within the Operations Department; Strong team leadership, team building and facilitation skillsInitiative – Engages in proactive behavior and looks for new project opportunitiesAdaptability – Responds effectively to changes in situation or informationMinimum of three years of previous operations, service or field or project management experienceAbility to pass an extensive background check
