The Operations team manages the entire order fulfillment process, from inventory management to shipping and logistics. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by handling issues such as order tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
What You'll Do
Conduct inspections, cycle counts, and zone audits on a daily basisResolve inventory discrepancies such as items with missing barcodes, damages, and misplaced productSupport replenishment processes and warehouse transfersPartner cross-functionally with receiving and putaway teams item dedicated placementProblem solve with other teams when inventory issues are reportedReport difficulties and challenges to Leads and Area ManagersContribute to quarterly inspections ensuring inventory accuracy for entire companyAssist Order Fulfillment and Showroom teams by pulling requested inventory as neededWho You Are
1+ years of experience in warehousingExperience with warehouse Radio Frequency (RF) devices and WMS systemsComfortable using computers, tablets, Excel, and Google SheetsExcellent attention to detail, reliable and punctualTeam player and natural collaboratorFlexible to work overtime during peak season hiring throughout the yearLift up to 50lbs, stand/walk up to 8 hoursInventory Control or Receiving experience is preferredBilingual English and Spanish is a plus, but not requiredYou describe yourself as kind, collaborative, and creative. The inventory associate role is onsite at our warehouse.
The base hourly rate for this position will be $17.61 - $18.61/hr.
The Black Tux defines compensation plans using market data aligned with comparable companies at a similar stage and size as ours.How we work at The Black TuxOnsiteOnsite TBT team members need to be in person working full-time (40 hours per week) from an office, warehouse, or showroom. The reason being is that these roles have a requirement for a physical presence to do their job with customers, team members, or at one of our locations.
