Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.In the role of ERP Senior Project Manager we'll count on you to:Provide Project Management leadership for special projects as assignedLead and manage Agile projects from inception to closureFacilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and review meetings and retrospectivesPlan functional and user acceptance testing schedule and resources to meet timelineAssist with overall roadmap and environment planning of releasesManage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and qualityMeasure and monitor progress to ensure releases are delivered on time and meet or exceed expectationsCommunicate key project plans, commitments, and changesConduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Go/No-Go reviewsFacilitate the creation of Deployment and Implementation PlansLead and co-ordinate release activities including the execution of the deployment plansContinually work towards making improvements to the release processParticipate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocksEnsure release documentation is currentUtilization of industry standard project management principles, methodologies and techniquesGood communication skills with all levels of management and within the teamMentor and assist with training of new ERP team membersPreferred Qualifications
PMI certificationPreferred candidates will have prior experience working with Agile project management methodologiesPreference given to local candidatesRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality Assurance or closely related field.A minimum of 3 years of IT management experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects.Extensive knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods.Experience in working with business users to establish priorities and manage expectations.Self-starter, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of performing tasks in a dynamic environment, many times working under tight delivery schedules.Engineering and/or Construction background a plus.An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.What We BelieveHDR is our company.
