Sr. Manager, Global Influence - Calvin KleinPOSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr Manager, Global Influence (Culture) will support the Global PR & Influence Sr Director in the creation, management & execution of Global talent programs, focusing on Mega level social media influencer talent and rising celebrity across music/dance, entertainment, sports/esports, and fashion (500K+ following on one platform).
Key within this role is to create and manage a deep network of talent to leverage across the brand. The role will create brand equity and demand for key CALVIN KLEIN products and stories. The position will partner with the Manager, Global Influence (Licensee/Regions) to develop strategies that foster consumer connections and inspire new/existing audiences via organic influencer relations, paid content creation partnerships, and events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the development of a capable network of influence talent across music/dance, fashion, entertainment/social media, sports/esports, focusing on NA, EMEA and APAC regions in partnership with regional teams.
Establishes influencer objectives, priorities, plans and processes, consistent with Global business and brand goals.
Creates clear influencer strategies to ensure maximum leverage and optimal service, across paid short and long term content programs, organic seeding, events, both proactive and reactive culture strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
Oversees the organization of the influencer calendar and reporting across Global influence activity.
Identifies and sources new influencer and rising celebrity talent & cross-channel trends.
Manages internal relationships to ensure all plans reflect business priorities and needs.
Identifies, ideates & implements ongoing influencer partnership opportunities across product, content & experience.
Manages influencer budget(s) & invoicing.
Manages outreach, negotiations, and contracts with influencer partners.
Manages all reporting around influencer programs based on existing/new platforms & consumer insights in partnership with regional teams.
Creates inspiration internally and externally for the influencer function.

QUALIFICATIONS:
6+ years of relevant experience in the influencer/celebrity marketing space ideally with a fashion/lifestyle background.
Key relationships and proven track record within talent network necessary across sports/esports, music/dance, entertainment/social media and fashion, as well as experience coordinating long term programs and best in class influence content as well as events/runway and seeding a plus.
Understanding who is “up next” in the talent world, expert on social media trends and conversation.
Experience with EMEA, NA, and APAC market a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, creative, collaborative environment.
Deep knowledge and interest in influencer and digital trends, especially IG and Tiktok – lives and breathes culture.
Team player!

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports influencer budget(s) & invoicing.
DECISION MAKING:
Develop strategies for influencer relations through multiple channels, including identifying new influencer talent and programming.
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:
Must be highly creative in identifying new opportunities through influencer network to optimize CK strategy.
ENVIRONMENT:
Fast-paced, open floor plan, deadline driven.
This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000. PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions on job advertisements in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
