Campaign Execution Manager, Direct Marketing

Location: Wilmington, DE; Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking a Campaign Execution Manager to support our Campaign Execution Team (CET) in one of the following locations: Wilmington, DE, Baltimore, MD. This role is responsible for managing a technically oriented team focused on the execution of email and direct marketing campaigns through evaluation of our Prospect Database and development of infrastructure and validation routines using tools including, but not limited to, Unica, SQL and Python.

A successful candidate will need to demonstrate an ability to lead a team of execution analysts, collaborate with the leadership team and strategy analytics partners, cultivate strong relationships with Prospect Database vendors, and develop solutions that are executable and meaningful in practice.

The Role

Work with relevant partners to intake segmentation and targeting related business requirements and develop executable solutions that apply complex inclusion/exclusion criteria to originate marketing solicitations to customers and prospects.

Manage a team of 2-3 analysts who support the execution of email marketing solicitation &/or market research channel campaigns.

Build and maintain email, direct mail and calling campaigns within campaign selection tools, SQL and Unica.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, the ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns, and interest in leveraging data and analytics to drive campaign decisions and improvements.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation within campaigns, the Prospect Database and related data transfer processes.

Maintain supporting criteria, selection, and audit documentation.

Manage collaborations with internal stakeholders, content providers, and 3rd party vendors for efficient campaign execution.

Analyze, audit, and review campaign setups and documents for peers.

Requirements

3+ years as a campaign manager, marketing manager or a similar role.

Proven experience in campaign management and marketing with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.

Experience working with Unica, SQL, Python, Adobe Campaign and/or equivalent campaign selection tools.

Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently and meet deadlines.

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher.

Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in the relevant software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
