Annual Giving Manager , responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating a comprehensive annual giving program that incorporates cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts. Develop and maximize strategies to build and strengthen the donor pipeline through acquisition, retention, upgrading, and stewardship. Responsible for writing original content for fundraising campaigns, stewardship, and engagement efforts, and for driving data-driven strategy and detailed processes.

https://oregoncf.org/about/careersProgram Management (75%):Creates and maintains systems to drive the planning, implementation, and management of fundraising campaigns and other strategic appeals to meet targeted revenue goals.In coordination with OCF’s Marketing and Communications Department:

Manages planning and production of stewardship plan and materials for donors, including mass communications and distinct content such as impact reports and stewardship pieces.

Manages, implements, and refines fundraising appeals, such as the OCF Leadership Fund, including digital and direct mail, and additional outreach strategies.Manages and implements targeted communications and solicitations for lapsed donors to improve retention.Researches, develops, and drafts content for Leadership Fund campaign and other campaign appeals.Manages annual giving calendar and deadlines and collaborates across the organization for successful outcomes.Works closely with the Chief Philanthropy Officer and Philanthropic Services Department (PSD) Directors to develop and maximize strategies to build and strengthen the donor pipeline.Working with Director of Philanthropy and Philanthropic Services Business Analyst, identifies pooled fund donors for discovery and cultivation.Works with internal stakeholders (philanthropic advisors, donor relations officers, program officers, Research and Learning staff, and Marketing and Communications Team) to gather content and ideas to be included in campaign materials and for engagement opportunities with donors.Creates stewardship materials such as anniversary and impact reports. Conceptualizes materials and reports to convey the impact of a donor's giving.Data and Reporting (15%):Creates and tracks campaigns and appeal codes for solicitations and communications.Reviews and manipulates mail lists to ensure accuracy in data, segmentation, and customization.Creates dashboards for campaign, appeal, and project analysis and reporting.Other Duties (10%):Monitors and triages email responses from appeals.Tracks expenses for annual giving activities.Proofs correspondence and other annual-giving projects as necessary.Oversees other projects and duties as assigned.Qualifications:Five years’ annual giving, stewardship, donor relations, membership, or development-related experience. Program management experience preferred.Relevant bachelor’s-level education credentials, such as a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or another related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education in lieu of a degree.Project and administrative management experience preferred.About You:Knowledgeable:
