This is a temporary role from November 4, 2024 – January 4, 2025.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and review e-commerce transaction data and Fashion Nova member accounts for suspicious activity and potential fraudulent activity.Approve or cancel sales orders in accordance with pre-established fraud guidelines.Assist customer service representatives with customer inquiries or issues regarding customer accounts and order statuses.Verify all fraud-related documentation in order to perform due diligence on any fraud-related activities.Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, following up on email correspondences, and data entry.Role Requirements1-2 years of fraud prevention experience required.Work experience in e-commerce, electronic payment fraud, risk operations, or credit card industry regulations is preferred.Must be able to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload.Must be highly attentive to detail.Must be available weekends and Holidays.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of fraud detection tools.Schedule of this position: Monday – Friday | Core business hours | Onsite.Fashion Nova, LLC, and subsidiaries thereof, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
