This is a key leadership role with the unique opportunity to disrupt the home improvement and solar financing space. With thousands of contractors already using the GoodLeap platform, your products will have an immediate and widespread impact.GoodLeap's market position, backed by frictionless, fast-financing technology, gives us a distinct advantage. Contractors using GoodLeap have reported up to 25% revenue growth, and with our industry-leading technology products, this role will focus on further enhancing contractor efficiency and grow their business. This role will have broad ownership of a lot of our existing product portfolio and also innovate on new 0-to-1 products. You will be at the forefront of market disruption, designing products that not only meet current demands but also open doors to new growth areas. Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and execution through cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Design teamsHelp develop and prioritize product features based on market research, user feedback, and business goals, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectivesDrive innovation by exploring new tools, technologies such as AI, and partnerships that grow contractor business and drive company profitabilityPartner with key stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, design, and research to co-create new products and bring them to marketBuild and deliver a data-driven roadmap to grow the B2B business and deliver on business OKRsRequired Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
8+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years as Senior Product ManagerProven track record of launching and scaling B2B productsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsFintech experience is not required but preferredExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders$170,000 - $215,000 a year
