You are customer focused, enjoy building relationships and providing financial advice to your clients. A role as an Associate Banker is for you.

As an Associate Banker in Middle Market, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping us cover new prospects, deepen existing client relationships, complete portfolio reviews, and build market share. You will engage in meaningful internal and external client dialogues and develop a deep understanding of our solutions including Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card and Merchant Services. Working closely with our product partners, Corporate Client Banking, Global Corporate Banking, and Core, you will have the chance to explore cross border businesses, embrace cultural diversity, and contribute to our team's success with your exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.

Our Banker Associates are required to have deep working knowledge of our solutions including, but not limited to: Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card and Merchant Services. Multinational Associates work closely with product partners, Corporate Client Banking, Global Corporate Banking, and Core, therefore our ideal candidate exhibits a strong interest in cross border businesses, cultural sensitivity, a commitment to teamwork and partnership, and exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

3+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role

Outstanding professional reputation and integrity

Strong leadership skills required

Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment

Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly

Extensive knowledge of products and services

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Superior knowledge of the market dynamics and its business environment preferred

Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills
