Data Quality Lead , you will leverage python/pandas scripts and Collibra DQ to understand and benchmark data quality covering completeness, conformance, validity and accuracy dimensions. Responsibilities: Partner with MDM Product Owners, data product owners, solution architects, and engineers to implement solutions to improve data quality for the customer, vehicle, dealer, supplier, and parts data domains. Implement data quality solutions to profile, dashboard, track, and resolve critical data quality issues Contribute to Data Governance operations in defining data quality rules and standards and responding to data stewards queries. Document data quality processes followed in various source systems and recommend changes to enable consistency and uniformity Monitor Data quality issues and refine data quality rules and checks as needed Support implementation of GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA regulationsSupport the development of technical architectures for data engineering projects with a focus on data quality Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree At least 5 years of data quality and/or data engineering and/or analytics or statistical analysis experience OR Masters degree At least 3 years of data quality and/or data engineering and/or analytics or statistical analysis experience OR At least 7 years of data quality and/or data engineering and/or analytics or statistical analysis experience Additional Requirements:
Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Exhibit a thorough understanding of data quality, MDM concepts and ETL/ELT operations Strong proficiency in PLSQL, Spark, PySpark, Python and Pandas Hands-on experience in the Azure cloud platform with an understanding of how data pipelines work. Solid experience maintaining data quality issue tracker and following up with data stewards/or data owners to fix critical issues Experience with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to understand business partner needs and deliver solutions Bias for action, with ability to deliver outstanding results through task prioritization and time management Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
