The Associate Director, Global Consolidations and Reporting will be responsible for Consolidations and the Intercompany processes. The Associate Director will also be responsible for the timely completion of monthly financial closing and management reporting; partnering in the preparation and review and quarterly filings (10-Q and 10-K), satisfying internal and external audit requests, and preparing and maintaining Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and the ability to partner globally with their international colleagues.
Responsibilities:Perform monthly consolidation/close activities, including allocations and intercompany processing, to generate consolidated financial statementsEnsure all global results are accurately and properly consolidated in the Companys financial statements, including the balance sheets, income statements, cash flows and shareholders equityCreate, reconcile and eliminate intercompany and investment in subsidiary transactionsReview reasonableness of FX translations and provide non-GAAP analysis excluding FX impactsCollaborate with the Director, Technical Accounting on technical accounting matters and disclosure requirementsParticipate in the preparation and/or review of external filingsPrepare monthly management financial reporting deliverablesPrepare GL reconciliations for intercompany accounts and review account reconciliations of othersDocument SOX process flows and SOPs regarding consolidation and intercompany processes to ensure knowledge and aid in development of future staffParticipate in quarterly system (Oracle Cloud) update testing and assist in drive for enhanced financial tools that will scale with the companyIdentify different ways to improve our monthly close process and work on global policies and procedures guidePerform flux analysis over consolidated and consolidating financial statementsSupport external auditor requests and analysis as well as ad hoc analysisPrepare and manage monthly close calendarDiligently perform duties with a controls-based mindsetAssume new responsibilities and perform ad hoc requests as neededJOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA required6+ years accounting experience in a public accounting and public company setting is preferredStrong analytical and accounting skillsComprehensive understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOXAbility to prioritize responsibilities to meet regular and critical deadlineAbility to contribute to and work within a cross-functional teamMust possess the ability to take initiative to complete assignments and job responsibilities with minimal supervisionAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and culturally diverse workplace environmentHighly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy, and concisenessHighly proficient in Microsoft Office. Excel financial modeling skills are a plusOracle Cloud, Workiva (w-desk), EPM, and Blackline experience a plus#LI-JT1
Travel Requirements:Travel approx 10%Salary Range:$139,000 - $195,200 a year
