At Quality, you'll find a work culture that emphasizes teamwork, respect, and professional growth.Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:Install, repair, and maintain complete plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings.Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and building specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and equipment malfunctions, ensuring optimal performance.Lead and oversee crews of 2-10 plumbers, providing effective leadership, guidance, and mentorship to apprentices.Ensure all work complies with engineering specifications, local plumbing codes, and safety regulations.Attend weekly job meetings and coordinate with the General Contractor's on-site Supervisor throughout the project duration.Maintain accurate and detailed work logs, including job sites, time, equipment, materials used, and recommendations for follow-up.Demonstrate motivation and flexibility to work on both residential and commercial job sites, ensuring superior quality and customer satisfaction.Provide exceptional customer service, especially when working in high-end residential homes, maintaining a professional demeanor.Be proactive in training and mentoring apprentices to help them grow and develop in their plumbing careers.Qualifications:Licensing: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in MI.Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Lead Plumber, working in residential and commercial settings.Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints and using power and hand tools.
