Job title: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Miami/ Doral
Duration: Long term assignment 1 + year
The Business Analyst will play a key role in the planning and implementation of the Treasury Management System. This will include writing and verifying test scripts, managing bank communications and connectivity, and validating and documenting current treasury processes (emphasis placed on non-Oracle payment processes). This will also include limited project management as a support to the cash management and technologyleads. Lastly, partnering with all brands regarding their individual implementation of the TMS.
Essential Functions:
Documenting treasury processes to ensure proper definition of business requirements and process. Also, to include proper data migration and capability handover to new TMS. There will be a major emphasis on documenting processes around non-Oracle payments so these can be reviewed by Treasury and controllership for each brand.Test scripts: writing, verifying, training team members.Bank connectivity: liaison with banks and in house tech support.General project management support for implementation.Qualifications:
Bachelors in Finance or related field.A minimum of 1-3 years overall experience, including Treasury and/or experience in tech support for Enterprise Resource Planning or other financial system.Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical capabilities. Experience using a Treasury Management System. Implementation experience a plus.Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation with the ability to work with all levels of management in offices across the organization. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented with the ability to work collaboratively and independently. Ability to work in a global team environment.Ability to work onsite.Comfortable working a temporary position.
Compensation is DOE:
$60-$70 an hour or $124,800 - $145,600 annually.
