Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced maintenance electrician. Candidates should have experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, bending conduit, and threading pipe in an industrial/manufacturing setting. The role involves preparing sketches, diagrams, and following blueprints, as well as installing control and distribution apparatuses. Candidates must own a good amount of tools. This position will train on the day shift but will move to the night shift. 90-day and 6-month pay increases are provided.ResponsibilitiesPrepare sketches and diagrams.Follow blueprints for electrical installations.Install control and distribution apparatuses.Perform maintenance on hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.Bend conduit and thread pipe.Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.Work with PLCs, gear assemblies, and various industrial equipment.Conduct preventive maintenance.Operate scissor lifts and forklifts.Work with infrared oven heaters.Essential SkillsElectrical troubleshootingMaintenance technician experienceMechanical and hydraulic system knowledgePneumatics expertiseElectronics proficiencyPreventive maintenance skillsAbility to read schematicsExperience with PLCsConduit bending and threading pipeGear assembly knowledgeScissor lift and forklift operationAdditional Skills & QualificationsJourneyman Electrician certification preferredAt least 10+ years in industrial electrical spaceWhy Work Here?
