Orange, CA 92868Shift: Monday Friday: 10am-7pm EST (2 days onsite Wed and Thu)Duration: 6+ months with possible extension or conversionPay range: $25/hr - $27/hrJob Description:The Central Pay Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Central Pay team and managing pharmacy client accounts, including enrollment and disenrollment in a provider network, funds management, and handling customer issues. This role requires experience in pharmacy services, managed care, or pharmacy benefit management (PBM), with the ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate pharmacy customer enrollment and disenrollment in the Central Pay Services system.Confirm and load customer information and funds holds into the Central Pay system.Provide customer support for website and account-related issues.Monitor customer banking information status and assist with updates.Track outstanding debts and follow up on missing payments and invoices.Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to funds, debts, and reconciliations.Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues and work closely with reconciliation vendors and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).Process refunds to PBMs and manage daily funds release.Maintain accurate customer account records and update documentation as necessary.Assist in special projects and other tasks as assigned.Required Qualifications:Experience:
Previous experience in PSAO, PBM, or Managed Care environments. Retail pharmacy experience is preferred.Skills:Basic Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data manipulation and analysis).Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.Ability to interpret complex information and present it clearly.Effective written and oral communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.Education:
