**Boiler Operator / Stationary Engineer $35-$43/hr - Career Opportunity**+ Immediately hiring a Boiler Technician for a reputable company in San Diego, CA. This is a day shift and work will be performed at Camp Pendleton, CA. This is a long-term career opportunity.**Job Description**+ Maintenance, operation, and repair of centralized boiler and chiller equipment and related auxiliary systems.+ Ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a large complex Central Plant, supporting specialized facilities such as hospitals, with over 500 boiler horsepower, high pressure steam heating capacity, and 400 tons centrifugal chiller produced cooling capacity.+ Monitor, operate, and maintain high pressure steam boilers, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, deaerators, surge tanks, feed water systems, and steam and chilled water distribution.+ Knowledge of chemical treatment systems and central plant DDC control system operation is crucial.+ Candidates must possess or obtain within the second year of employment a current Stationary Engineer’s license from a city, state, or nationally recognized entity, such as National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers (NIULPE) First Class Engineer or equivalent.**Skills**+ High pressure steam boilers operation+ Chillers operation+ Maintenance of cooling towers, deaerators, surge tanks+ Feed water systems maintenance+ Steam and chilled water distribution+ Chemical treatment systems+ Central plant DDC control system operation**Work Site**+ This is a fully on-site position on Camp Pendleton.**About Aerotek:**We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
