Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Azzur is a GxP compliance and consulting organization dedicated to providing high quality, expertly backed, assistance that drives life science companies to success. We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our incredible team of skilled problem solvers. Key Responsibilities:Execute and support administrative actions within the CMMS.Serve as a liaison with key business partners for operational tasks.Provide application user training and ongoing support.Manage Quality Management System (QMS) records related to CMMS.Process Helpdesk tickets and support user account lifecycle management.Oversee Equipment Master Data requests, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.Aid in the management of CMMS modules, including work orders and PM schedules.Support audits and inspections as a CMMS Subject Matter Expert (SME).Identify and address training gaps; develop and maintain training materials.Participate in CMMS projects and the CMMS Steering Committee.Create and maintain custom reports using tools like Cognos and Power BI.Process configuration changes and support management reporting tools.Requirements
Qualifications:Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in System Administration of CMMS applications or related enterprise-level applications.Technical Knowledge:Proficient in GMP and GDP requirements relevant to maintenance operations.Strong understanding of Part 11 compliance.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly spreadsheets.Skills:Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy.Self-motivated, problem-solver, and able to operate independently.Training:
Willingness to participate in job-related training focused on technical and efficiency development.
