Strategic Sourcing Manager

Position Overview
The Global Sourcing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sourcing strategies to drive innovation, maintain supply chain stability, manage costs effectively, and ensure high standards of supplier stewardship. The role involves collaborating with both internal cross-functional teams and external partners, focusing on strategic growth and value-driven sourcing practices.
Primary Responsibilities
Source and secure high-quality raw materials to meet production needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply chain management.Address and resolve any invoice discrepancies with suppliers, coordinating with finance and procurement teams to ensure accuracy and timely payments.Create and implement sourcing strategies to optimize raw material procurement, balancing cost efficiency with quality and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute sourcing strategies. This includes analyzing emerging technologies, evaluating supplier capabilities, and managing supplier relationships.Negotiate Prices, Terms, and Conditions: Collaborate closely with suppliers to negotiate favorable prices, payment terms, and other conditions to secure the best value for the organization.Use data analysis to monitor supplier performance, assess material costs, forecast demand, and support decision-making in procurement.Participate in cross-functional projects, bringing procurement insights to support product development, operational improvements, and process innovations.Manage day-to-day supplier relationships within the assigned category or region. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to ensure reliable supply, quality, and performance.Lead global spend-pool teams for the development of global and regional sourcing strategies as assigned.Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Bachelor's Degree in a related field.Proactive mindset: takes initiative and makes things happen.Ability to influence and engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Focused on continuous improvement, ensuring operational excellence and high standards.Willing to push boundaries and explore new ideas.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $91,600 - $120,300.
