Deadline for Application: 11/18/2024The End User Support Specialist provides end-user technical support across a wide range of hardware and software technologies. Implements and supports end-user technology across the company.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides on-site and remote end-user support for various types of hardware and software including computers, printers, servers, and peripheral devicesInstalls or relocates workstations, computers, printers, software, and other equipmentSupports cyber security through asset tracking, systems monitoring, completing antivirus or other software scans, completing system updates, and managing user permissionsTroubleshoots and resolves network issues including local area network connections, network access, and Wi-Fi configurationsManages the company's Google Admin Console including user email accounts and user/team Google DrivesMonitors and updates orders within the help desk ticketing systemSupports backup services for servers and computersResearches and deploys new technologies to improve user, team, and/or business performanceWorks with vendors to resolve hardware and software problemsProvides training to end users on various types of hardware and softwareDevelops and publishes end-user training documentsOther duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of end-user support or related experienceHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent educationMust hold or obtain a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee BadgeExperience with Google Admin Console including managing users, data migration, and Google Apps such as Drive, Gmail, and CalendarExperience imaging/re-imaging computersExperience troubleshooting and removing malwareExcellent verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong Organizational and time management skillsExperience working with confidential information and the ability to maintain confidentialityPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's Degree in a related fieldPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting and standing for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbsAbility to sit, stand, stoop, stretch, walk, bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive motions, and carry boxes or itemsCOMPENSATION DETAILS:
