The Store Manager leads customer service and sales operations of a dispensary location. Manages sales performance and identifies sales opportunities. Develops and implements store strategies and tactics that achieve sales, service, and operational performance goals.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manages all recreational and medical cannabis sales operationsManages store opening and closing proceduresBuilds and increases customer retention, fosters customer relationships, and develops brand awareness and loyalty.Provides escalated guidance to customers as needed including resolving customer complaintsPerforms daily cash verifications and recordingsManages store delivery, transfers, and inventory management processesManages workforce and performance management efforts including hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring and evaluating employee performanceEnsures that processes and procedures are compliant to internal policies and standards as well as local and state regulationsEnsures compliant processes related to inventory reporting, employee reporting, patient reporting, and packagingManages store budget and reportingMaintains the cleanliness and organization of the store including organizing products and inventory, sweeping, mopping, and dustingManages staff schedulingOther duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:8 years of customer service and/or sales experience3 years of management experience2 years of cannabis industry experienceHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent educationMust hold or obtain a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee BadgeExcellent verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficiency using Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office programs including Gmail, Calendar Docs, Sheets, Word, and ExcelKnowledge of METRCKnowledge of local and state laws related to cannabis sales including Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) regulationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience with the Cova POS systemCOMPENSATION DETAILS:The pay range $58,000- $70,000; actual pay will be determined based on qualificationsBonus eligibilityEligible for tipsAccrue paid time off (PTO) immediately; starting at 2.5 weeks per yearHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance plans are availableSupplementary insurance plans are available including Life, Disability, Accident, and Critical Illness401k and ROTH 401k plansZayZoon: “Earned Wage Access!
