The

Learning and Development Coordinator

will perform a range of duties to support Vistex customers and internal team members. This position is responsible for helping ensure all trainings (virtual, in-person, and offsite) run smoothly from scheduling to logistics, material readiness, attendance tracking/reporting, and billing. Additionally, this individual will provide polite, professional assistance via phone, email and other forms of communication in a helpful and positive manner. The Learning and Development Coordinator is also responsible for the administration of Vistex Academy, including but not limited to building courses, maintaining schedules, registration, tracking, reports, and various other LMS related tasks. The Learning and Development Coordinator reports to the Director of Learning and Development and the Senior Training Manager of Professional Development.

This is a HYBRID role.

Responsibilities:

Build courses and sessions per schedule in Vistex Academy (LMS).Maintains materials and course descriptions including course material revisions.Manage training inquiries, course registrations and enrollments per policy including communication to participants and training teams.Correspond via email and other forms of communication with training participants and their managers for approvals, follow-ups, and other updates.Own training room schedule and prepare classroom for classes and meetings; including attendance sheets and ordering materials.Schedule and moderate webinars as needed.Assist with Training Statement of Works including entry in DocuSign.Enter classes in training database and create training billing.Create training surveys, distribute to participants, analyze results, and review results with stakeholders.Track training numbers, analyze data, and report back to management.Run, analyze, and distribute regular and ad hoc training reports.Stay up to date with any changes/system updates from our LMS vendor, informing management of changes/system update and recommendations for any adjustments needed to our LMS or processes.Analyze LMS utilization data and recommend solutions to better utilize our LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet organizational objectives.Write and maintain LMS job aids for customers, Vistex internal team members, and LMS administrators.Assign and track mandatory trainings and learning plans for new hires; including annual company-wide compliance training.Work with HRIS administrator to ensure accuracy and efficiency in updating of employee data.
