Learning and Development Manager (Hybrid)

The Talent Development Manager will design, support, facilitate and deliver various programs related to talent development globally. As a member of the Learning and Development Team, the incumbent will collaborate with various HR and functional leaders to understand the long-term vision of the company and proactively plan, design and deliver programs. The role will be the primary lead for learning activities related to our learning offer to the field team as a priority.
Support/Execute against the talent development / learning strategy and ensure we maintain alignment with HR and Claire's overall StrategyPartner with HR & functional areas to design, develop and deliver "Best in Class" learning and development offer related to engagement and retention of employees. Ensure they align with both company values & competencies and Gen Z expectations.Identify trends and develop solutions to support the development of employeesManage vendors to deliver learning activities such as our digital online platform , our HRIS team in order to get all processes and content digitalized. Propose content like video base, gaming to match with our employee expectations.Create and maintain programs and supporting tool kits that allow innovative ways of offering professional experiences to our employees. Make use of technologies such as e-learning, blended learning, gaming solutions. Determine required cost and action plan to deliver.Work with key partners on cross-functional project to bring in the learning and development expertiseLead the performance management process and embed practices which support Claire's core values and behaviors in line with career paths.Ensure and provide clear tracking of KPI and measure of learning program.Work closely w/ the global talent development and global DEI and culture manager, participate to activities related to Flex (learning management system) to drive greater user adoption and utilization (pull vs. push)Contribute to provide strong and inspiring leadership across the organization.Partner with the Talent Development Director to support the development of senior leaders globallyQualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience within L&D/HRSignificant experience in a HR learning development roleExperience as a HR Generalist is a plusInterest in Tech is a plus.Have demonstrable experience of building sustainable relationships with multi-culture clients, influence multiple stakeholders at all levels and successfully function within a highly complex matrix organizationExperienced in providing input to assist the formulation of the departmental/area business strategies and plansExperienced in training design, training content creation, training plan execution at a global level.Able to demonstrate and engage with a "community" ,approach understanding of learning styles workshops and coaching and mentoring programs that help deliver strong business results in people developmentAble to draft business cases and strategy to give persuasive argument and presentation for investment in programsStrong project management skills, administrative skills with the determination to ensure all deadlines are metCommit to deliver, Solid MS Office skillsAble to analyze issues or problems and assess risks versus benefitsAble to learn new technology quickly, ideally already using Cornerstone and/or Workday
Compensation Range: $95,680.00 - $128,960.00
Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
