Endur Application Support

Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Endur Application Support Associate to provide both functional and technical support for the Endur Oil production system. This role requires extensive experience in Openlink Endur, strong market knowledge, and the ability to support complex trading workflows.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience with Openlink Endur (V16 or higher, V23 preferred)In-depth understanding of Front, Middle, and Back Office processesExpertise in Crude, Refined Products, and Biofuels marketsAdvanced knowledge of P&L, Greeks, and position/exposure reportingStrong familiarity with physical deal lifecycle (physicals, transit, storage, pipeline, cargo)Experience with US and European derivatives (futures, swaps, options)Proficient in deal modeling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting within EndurKnowledge of Endur JVS and OpenComponents (preferred)Key Responsibilities:Provide daily support to Traders, Operations, and Market Risk teamsCollaborate with IT teams for new business configurations and product modelingManage and resolve incidents with regular user updatesWork with global support teams to meet client expectationsPreferred Experience:Previous Endur production support experience
