Endur Application Support

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Endur Application Support Associate to provide both functional and technical support for the Endur Oil production system. This role requires extensive experience in Openlink Endur, strong market knowledge, and the ability to support complex trading workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with Openlink Endur (V16 or higher, V23 preferred)
• In-depth understanding of Front, Middle, and Back Office processes
• Expertise in Crude, Refined Products, and Biofuels markets
• Advanced knowledge of P&L, Greeks, and position/exposure reporting
• Strong familiarity with physical deal lifecycle (physicals, transit, storage, pipeline, cargo)
• Experience with US and European derivatives (futures, swaps, options)
• Proficient in deal modeling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting within Endur
• Knowledge of Endur JVS and OpenComponents (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to Traders, Operations, and Market Risk teams
• Collaborate with IT teams for new business configurations and product modeling
• Manage and resolve incidents with regular user updates
• Work with global support teams to meet client expectations

Preferred Experience:

• Previous Endur production support experience
