Job DescriptionIf you are selected as the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will produce and execute supply chain and contracting strategies, plans, and deliverables. Your position will be responsible for the sourcing of services to ensure improvement of best value agreements as part of the L48 Drilling or Completions Supply Chain team.Your Responsibilities May Include: Deliver Supply Chain Management (SCM) services: Key Interface function as key liaison for assigned categories to provide active solutions to business needs. Strategy Development & Plan lead development of sourcing strategies and tactical execution plan for assigned categories. Review key category & market factors to determine optimal sourcing strategy Develop work plans and landmark schedules Integrate plans and schedules with business needs to enable on-time execution. Identify and participate in continuous improvement and market intelligence practices to drive efficiencies and cost reductions. Sourcing/ Negotiating / Contracting / SRM: SOURCING develop bid tenders & negotiation templates and lead efforts to solicit commercial offerings. Lead ad hoc and emergency requirements. CONTRACTING negotiate and maintain contractual terms and conditions utilizing Master Service Agreements (MSA's), Purchase Orders (PO s), Outline Agreements (OLA s) and other contractual terms and conditions as necessary SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT - develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers including "Field Improvement Team" (FIT) meetings. Work with suppliers to ensure R2P system functions properly.Basic/Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in supply chain management Intermediate level of proficiency conducting RFP s, sourcing evaluations, and post-award contract management Proficient in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualification: 5+ years of supply chain management experience supporting upstream oil and gas Bachelor s degree in supply chain, business, or related technical discipline Intermediate level of GEP experience Intermediate level of proficiency in technical and commercial analytics and evaluations Actively seeks out diverse people and organizations to collectively achieve business goals Transmits information so it is received and understood in the way it was intended Proven ability to implement plans; effective organizational skills Ability to understand business needs and handle supply chain activities Displays integrity and follows through on dedications by holding others accountable and standing up for what's right Delivers positive results through realistic planning to accomplish goals Listens actively and invites new ideas for exchanged views, then positively influences and acts to improve performance and achieve results Builds positive relationships based on trust and strives to seek collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals Responds inventively, flexibly and positively when faced with challenges and demandsEducation: HS Diploma/GED required; Bachelor s degree in supply chain, business, or related technical discipline preferredWork Schedule: 9-80 Schedule (9Hr Days) - 5 days on / 2 days offPay Range: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
