Additionally, our unmatched customer satisfaction and, most importantly, the development and quality of our people drive our success.For more about us, please visit our website at www.pathcc.com.RequirementsSet-up new project in Job Cost SystemProcess payroll, insurance, and overhead allocations to projectsProcess, review and track general ledger posting of construction draws for multiple projectsEnsure Subcontractor/Suppliers Waivers of Lien are received and correctEnsure all Path Compliance requirements for W-9’s, Insurance Certificates, EEO, and other documents are met by Subcontractors and SuppliersProcess accounts receivable and understand the construction billing and collections processAssist in the follow-up on outstanding accounts receivable invoices and ensure positive cash flow for the company and its’ subcontractors/suppliersAssist with special projects as requestedEnsure contracts and change orders are processed accurately and timelyAnalyze project variances and work with the project team to ensure corrective action is takenReport on project profitability to managementWork closely with our customers to ensure their reporting needs are metClose out project accounts upon project completionCreate and submit government reports and tax returns related to projectsCompile information for external auditors, as requiredQualifications:Path Construction is looking for someone with the rights skills and attitude with relevant experience and skills including:A college degree in accounting/business administration is desired, but equivalent experience in these fields will be consideredMinimum of 2-5 years previous experience, preferably in a construction project cost environmentExceptional customer service and communication skills, communicating with all levels in the organizationStrong PC skills including proficiency in Excel, Sage Construction CRE 300, and Paychex a plusConstruction Accounting Experience a plusBenefitsCompetitive CompensationCertification Training401(k)Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability InsuranceCompany cellphone and computer
