What Will You Do In This Role:Track and receive incoming tickets, coordinate, organize and disperse tickets to technicians.Take the tickets and create and work directly with IS to get to the correct support levels.Oversee team of 3 technicians who manage all high severity incidents across the IT Department.Required Skills:Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).Hands-on experience providing hardware / software troubleshooting.Strong verbal/written communicator, proficient typist with minimal errors, quality control over all output, calm negotiator for teams in disagreement.Experience / Educational Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or job related degree.OR an Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree + 2 years of job related technical help desk experience
