You'll join a supportive and inclusive environment that values your growth and development.As a Medical Coordinator/ Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients. Your responsibilities include:Assisting with daily reception tasksCommunicating effectively with team members and patientsHandling phone and mail communication and scheduling appointmentsCollecting fees and explaining services and chargesVerifying insurance and setting fees based on a sliding scaleQualifications:High school diploma or GEDBilingual in Spanish is a plusExperience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is highly desirableSchedule & Locations:35-hour work weekFlexible hours: Start between 7:00am-8:00am and end between 5:00pm-8:00pmRequired to work 1-2 late nights per week and 1 Saturday per month if the site is open3-5 locations across Suffolk and Nassau CountyJoin our client and be part of a team dedicated to making a positive impact on the community.
