Job Description Contractor will identify renewable feedstocks, such as vegetable oils, used cooking oils and animal fats purchased by P66 and engage with the suppliers to receive the required regulatory documentation that relates to the purchase of the physical material. For example, a purchase of beef tallow from a rendering facility will require that P66 receive documentation of the locations of rendering facilities, the quantities collected and then trace the movement of the beef tallow to the final destination, whether that final destination is to a P66 facility or to a 3rd party facility for a sale to a customer. Contractor will organize and file the information and review the validity of the documentation received. If needed, the contractor will contact the supplier for missing or inaccurate documents. Contractor will also need to be diligent that supplier delivers the correct documents in a timely fashion so documents can be delivered to other entities that will require the information. Additional requirements can include tracking mileage for transportation distances of trucks, railcars and ships and documenting that mileage in a spreadsheet. The mileage information will come from a variety of sources.
