We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team and help us further our mission, achieve our business goals, and support our culture.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day HR support to WECC managers and employees. You will play a pivotal role by ensuring the smooth operations of our HR functions and by driving initiatives that support our organizational goals. You will be responsible for a variety of activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will be key in helping us achieve our organizational goals and in making WECC an employer of choice.

You will-

Provide HR guidance to employees and managers, regarding career development, recruiting, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, company policies, and other HR-related issues.Mediate and resolve conflicts and complex employee relations issues, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Conduct and schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and extend job offers.Take part in the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.Work with other members of the HR Team to align HR strategy with business goals and to ensure consistent practices and administration of HR actions.Look for ways to enhance current HR functions.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.Work with assigned business groups on job description analysis and designs.Take part in workplace investigations, internal and external audits, succession planning, DE&I and employee engagement initiatives, personnel actions, and other duties as assigned.You will enjoy this role if you-

Are highly motivated, detail-orientated, and thrive in a team environment where trust and cooperation are greatly valued.Hold a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related area of study or have an equivalent combination of education and work experience.Have a minimum of seven years' HR experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility, with at least two years in a generalist role.Are preferably HRCI or SHRM certified.Have strong working knowledge of human resources functions and employment law and compliance.Have a proven ability to research and evaluate complex employee relations situations and develop creative alternatives, give recommendations, and influence outcomes.Can conduct investigations and ensure policy is applied fairly and consistently.Can handle sensitive situations with objectivity and professionalism.Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish trust, develop relationships, maintain confidence, and understand social behavior and interactions.Can work with all organizational levels to influence actions and negotiate outcomes.Have excellent computer skills, including expertise using Microsoft Office suite and HRIS tools.Have well-developed interpersonal, speaking, writing, and presentation skills.Are well organized, proactive, and can adapt to change.Our Culture and Values

Benefits and Compensation

The base salary range for this full-time position is $71,255 - $89,069 + discretionary pay + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and mid-point for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
