Job Summary
The Collection Temporary Administrator provides support to a high performing Collections team. This role utilizes excellent system coordination, communication, and technical skills to support the Collections Department. This role requires adaptability, proactivity, and the ability to deal with a varied amount of information and data in a heavily member-focused and solutions-driven service environment.

Legal Servicing Support:Access loan documents from various platforms:SymitarAkuvo ApertureTemenos InfinitySystemwareAcquire or produce electronic copies of various loan documents and upload to Akuvo ApertureInfinity Legal case update project - 268 pending Infinity legal account review to identify related loans to update with legal tags in AKUVOAsset Recovery Support:
Monitor email box for repossession updatesDocument updates in collection platformRepossession Assignment in AkuvoOrder Titles - Dealertrack accessVerify vehicle lien status - VTR WebsiteVerify Military status - SSCR Website accessImpound Support:
Collect daily scanned Notice of Impounds, use Adobe Pro to separate and upload notices to G drive and Collection platformCall Impound lots to verify status of accountCall member to verify status of accountDocument results in AkuvoDaily Mail:
