Rollon by Timken is growing in MI! We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team.Our ideal candidate will have a min of 1-3 years' of experience running large mills, including programming, have Haas and Fanuc controls experience and solidworks profiiciency. Esprit and solidworks CAD to CAM experience is a plus! Willing to train candidates who are interested in growing their career in manufacturing.
Shift Schedule:
Day Shift | Mon - Fri | 7:00 am - 3:00 pm EST, occasional OT available on weekdays and Saturdays
Primary Job Functions:Keep spindle runningRun CNC BridgeMill / Large-format machining8 meter and 12 meter Boring Mills with Fanuc Panels and Manual Tool ChangingHaas MillsSetup Tooling during long cycle operationsSetup Large Parts online and offlineMaintain production schedule and cycle timesKeep workspace clean and maintainedPerform routine maintenance on machine(s) and work centersDaily cleaning of work areaTrack scheduleLathe experience a plusMinimum Qualifications:
Applicant must be able to walk, stand, climb, lift up and/or move up to 50 pounds, see, hear and use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and armsHigh School diplomaor equivalantLegally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship - no sponsorship is available for this positionPostion offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes, health, dental, vision, life, disability, vacation time, 10 paid holidays per year, sick time, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) w/company match.
