Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating manufacturing machinery and equipment (CNC, Mills, Lathes, etc.), and have a deep understanding of manufacturing safety and quality processes. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager, Americas and be responsible for Employees on 1st and 2nd shift.Key Functions of role:Ensure our production floor is a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all timesDrive EH&S initiativesEnsure quality control processes are adhered toManage the day-to-day manufacturing flows in partnership with each department LeadTroubleshoot and resolve production related challenges that ariseEnsure standard operating procedures are followedMonitor KPIs and make data-based business decisions to support the successful operationFoster a culture of accountability, transparency, and teamworkDevelop our Production floor talent through training and mentoring channels availableParticipate in the selection of new production hiresMinimum Requirements:Bachelors Degree or equivalent7+ years experience leading production operations, including managing and leading othersTechnical background (Mechanical Engineering preferred)5S and Lean experience (ISO a plus!)OSHA experienceUS Citizen or Greencard holder **no sponsorship is available for this position now or in the future**Abillity to travel both domestically and internationally as required (~10% or less expected)Compensation and Benefits:We offer a competitive compensation package that includes health, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability, legal services, accident insurance, pet insurance, idenitty theft protection, 401(k) with a generous company match, paid time off (vacation, sick, paternity/maternity,10 paid holidays), tuition reimbursement.*All employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which includes degree verification, criminal records check, drug testing and prior employment confirmation*All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
