The Sr. Marketing & Communications Analyst collaborates, develops, plans and executes multifaceted global marketing programs that support the strategic initiatives, departmental projects and day-to-day tactics of the business for all time horizons. The role plays an instrumental part in promoting the brand, products, technologies and capabilities to customers, suppliers and stakeholders, positioning the company as a global leader of motion control solutions and driving awareness of the company's commitments as a socially responsible stakeholder in the communities in which we operate.
Digital Marketing:- Handle strategic online initiatives from conception through launch- Lead marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation- Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective- Negotiate advertising contracts- Work with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies- Collaborate with finance staff to set and stay within budget- Stay current with emerging opportunities and best practices in the digital marketing world- Drive brand awareness through high-impact channels: email, social media, trade publications, etc.- Develop strategic partnerships with advertisers, industry publications and industry thought leaders- Establish KPI's to monitor, measure, iterate and achieve goals- Challenge the status quo, drive towards step-change results, and deliver alphaWeb Site Development & Maintenance:- Drive SEO improvement to ensure maximum exposure to the company external web site- Develop and optimize Google Adwords campaigns. Manage day-to-day keyword bidding and testing- Research website user experience issues and use best practices and data driven strategy to create UX design initiatives- Add and update website content to reflect strategic initiatives and product developmentBrand Management:- Create, develop, and enforce brand marketing guidelines (trademarks, logos) within external facing materials- Ensure continuity and uniformity throughout the company regarding marketing brand strategy and messaging- Provide design and creative direction for collateral, packaging, print and other visual communications/mediaOther Supporting Activities:- Provide support with trade show activities- Contribute on collateral development, updates
Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field-5 years' related experience-Excellent verbal & written communication skills-Solid project management skills-Experience in digital marketing and advertising-Proven experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing-Experience with web design software WordPress-Basic programming skills for website management and development-Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Word, Excel, & PowerPoint-Ability to create customer engaging content and manage multiple social media platforms-Understands website metrics and best practices-Develop and manage a yearly budget-Create management friendly content for internal and external communication
