As our Operating Manager of Hospitality, you’ll be the heartbeat of our team, ensuring each experience reflects the boldness and standards that define Très LA Group. We’re looking for someone who will:Oversee all departments, acting as the bridge between teams and clients.Create and uphold high standards across our venues, corporate dining, and catering operations.Collaborate closely with our culinary team for menu development.Build and reinforce our company culture, setting the tone for teamwork and accountability.Drive team success by consistently monitoring individual and collective goals, ensuring each member performs at their highest potential.Strategically manage budgets across departments, maximizing resources while maintaining quality and efficiency.Take part in social media and marketing initiatives, helping to showcase our style and high standards.About You
You’re someone who doesn’t just see the details but understands their impact. Organized, optimistic, with a sharp sense of style and impeccable taste. You’re also:A culinary expert or food enthusiast who can speak the language of chefs and diners alike.Experienced in corporate dining or similar high-standard environments.A natural leader in team-building and mentorship, passionate about fostering a supportive, vibrant, positive company culture.Detail-oriented, from inventory control to budget to personalized touches that make us memorable.Education & Work Experience
5 years of minimum experience in Kitchen, Restaurant, Catering or Hospitality Management.10 years of minimum experience in hospitality.Experience managing a large team across multiple locations.Culinary Degree or BA in Hospitality preferred, but not required.What We Offer:
