We’re looking for someone who will:Oversee all departments, acting as the bridge between teams and clients.Create and uphold high standards across our venues, corporate dining, and catering operations.Collaborate closely with our culinary team for menu development.Build and reinforce our company culture, setting the tone for teamwork and accountability.Drive team success by consistently monitoring individual and collective goals, ensuring each member performs at their highest potential.Strategically manage budgets across departments, maximizing resources while maintaining quality and efficiency.Take part in social media and marketing initiatives, helping to showcase our style and high standards.About YouYou’re someone who doesn’t just see the details but understands their impact.
