We build long-lasting relationships.Texas Capital provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, fertility and family building aids, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans with a generous 401K match, paid leave programs, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).Responsibilities:Origination and execution of end to end Private Equity, M&A and structured finance transactions.Identifying the opportunities in the Market.Sector specialist: Having deep understanding of particular sector/s and able to create the business opportunities in those sectors.Work closely with clients on mandated transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising.Strategizing for raising / restructuring of resources for clients.Making effective high pitch presentation to Companies.Making presentations at firm and industry- or product-focused seminars, conferences and other similar events.Working closely with clients on funding feasibility, financial modelling, business planning relating to acquisitions, strategy, capital planning and other corporate objectives.Strong relationships with C-suite officers and Boards of Directors for public and private companies.Motivating and managing teams to achieve business targets.Qualification:Professional Qualifications/ Certifications: JD or MBA (preferable), BA or equivalent.Seniority dependent on years of investment banking experience.Experience in collaborating with or managing teams spread across product lines and geographies will be an added qualification.The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
