HR Generalist
Ability Matters is seeking compassionate anddedicated employees to join our team immediately. Support includes dailylife skills, community integration through outside activities, and assisting inmedical care (when applicable).
Currently, we are seeking a
Human Resources Generalist
who will assist the HR Team with a varietyof compliance tasks.
EssentialDuties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
Responsible for the recruiting, interviewing and onboarding staff primarily with our Education Team.Facilitates new hire orientation.Provide 10-12 hours of billable services with students or consumers.Primary HR contact with our Education Team.Prepares all employee compliance files as required by the State of Ohio,DODD, and the company.Requirements:
Bachelor'sdegree.Excellentoral and written communication skillsDetail-orientedand strong organizational skills.Abilityto take initiative and follow through on tasks.Abilityto work with consumers 2 days per week.Possessand maintain all required DODD training offerings.Passa background check.Passa drug test.Possessand maintain a driving record with less than six (6) points.
