What You Will Do:As the Vice President of Accounting, reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead and manage the company's accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial systems. You'll oversee treasury management, audits, income tax strategy, accounts payable, payroll, and corporate accounting. You'll also be responsible for executing the Company's Capital Plan, providing strategic insight for planning and forecasting, and driving the financial performance needed to meet growth and Shareholder objectives.

Leverage your specialized knowledge to lead treasury, tax strategy, and financial operations for a portfolio that directly impacts company growth.What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance (required).CPA certification and real estate accounting experience (preferred).Minimum 15 years of accounting/finance experience, including 10 years in a supervisory role.Proficient in accounting software.Detail-oriented, task-focused, and assertive with the ability to spot trends in data.Direct communicator, with formal and reserved interactions; prefers detailed follow-up to ensure tasks are flawlessly completed.Analytical and resourceful in overcoming challenges, with an operational focus to achieve results quickly.Capable of leading with authority and challenging the status quo when necessary.
Compensation:The total compensation range for this position is $250,000 - $350,000 (inclusive of an annual bonus). Base pay may vary based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. The base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Fenton's goal is to ensure performance-based compensation that is motivating and competitive - and we adopt a pay-for-performance approach.
