KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Technical Design and Delivery of Salesforce.com applications.Technical thought leader for the Capgemini Salesforce practice responsibilities.In collaboration with the functional team, blueprint the technical design for the Salesforce application considering all the functional, technical, non-functional and integration needs in the application.Responsible for code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during the project process.At the end of the test phase, responsible for delivering a fully working technical solution to the project manager and client.Required Skills:
7+ years of experience on Salesforce platform and implementation experience.Must have handled a minimum of 8-10 implementations around sales, service cloud for large enterprises that involved significant customizations using the force.com platform.Deep and extensive knowledge, experience of force.com technical platform including apex, triggers, batch Apex, Lightning component framework etc. Knowledge of advanced lightning components, Chatter API etc.Minimum 3.5 years of lightning implementation experience.Good knowledge of Salesforce recommended best practice around design and development.Must possess at least one developer certification.Extensive experience working in an onsite/offshore model.Solid understanding of Object-Oriented development and design, experience in using design patterns and ability to write clean, well-refactored maintainable code.Experience on Salesforce1, Salesforce mobile will be an added advantage.Experience in integrating SFDC with SAP, Oracle, and/or Microsoft Dynamics.Experience using GIT and VS CODE in DEV OPS process.
