100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.Required:• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);• Experience managing successful, large-scale projects that include multiple diverse teams (5+ years);• Experience utilizing project software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Jira to track and maintain projects (5+ years);• Experience in developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules based on work breakdown structures (5+ years);• Experience with PMO methodologies and documentation, meeting facilitation and documentation, creating and presenting internal and external status reports, and risk and issue management (5+ years);• Experience with meeting facilitation and documentation (5+ years);• Experience with completing project deliverables within the scope, schedule, costs, and quality constraints;• Ability to coordinate numerous project teams and effectively conduct the initiative to meet overall objectives;• Ability to provide effective communication and collaborative skills;• Experience working with ServiceNow and DocuSign software;• Experience providing excellent leadership and negotiation skills;• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Preferred:• Experience managing projects with a large, distributed user base;• Experience managing both waterfall and agile projects (preference in waterfall);• Experience with state government projects;• Experience managing and reporting projects in compliance with Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C.;• Experience working with technical programming teams;• Ability to demonstrate a take-charge, can-do attitude with the initiative to solve complex problems;• Certification in Agile or Scrum-based Project Management;• IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Foundations certified.Responsibilities

include but are not limited to the following:• Develop, manage, and oversee resource-loaded and leveled projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and spend plans;• Maintain project and performance metrics in line with established Department and PMO standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;• Serve as a liaison with users and stakeholders, providing regular progress reports, presentations, and briefings to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership;• Provide hands-on leadership for complex projects, including leading business requirement gathering sessions (JAD) and implementing business process improvements;• Manage all project artifacts and business analysis documentation, ensuring they comply with Chapter 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), and other PMO standards;• Effectively manage resources associated with projects, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;• Lead the development and implementation of business process improvement recommendations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
