IT business/industry work experience (10+ years);Project management experience (7+ years);Experience with Agile Methodologies;Experience with Dev Ops Methodologies;Experience managing projects in accordance with PMI’s standards as presented in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) (5+ years);Experience developing program or project strategy, business cases, and enterprise-wide program/project plans;Experience managing large, cross-divisional, and cross-functional software development programs/projects (3+ years);Project Management Professional certification.Preferred:

Experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Power Platform development programs/projects;Experience leading cloud solution development programs/projects leveraging other low/no-code platforms;Experience communicating with IT leadership and business leadership;Experience preparing Legislative Budget Requests (LBR), Statements of Work (SOW), and Operational Work Plans (OWP);Experience facilitating requirements gathering and Joint Application Design sessions;Experience with State Purchasing rules, processes, and documentation;Experience with Information Technology purchasing processes and practices;Experience managing documentation in MS SharePoint;Experience managing and utilizing MS Teams for communications and document organization;Experience managing projects for a state of Florida Information Technology PMO;Experience creating a Solution Definition Framework or ISDM.Responsibilities

include but are not limited to the following:

Prepare the Scope of the Services and/or Program Plan and Project Management Plan within the timeframe specified by the Contract or Functional Manager, including the staffing plan, the program’s communication plan, strategic plan, operations guide, decision, benefits, and stakeholder management, staffing plan, project’s communication plan, and the change management plan;Prepare the Microsoft (MS) Project schedule or equivalent schedule as identified by the ISDM or Service Delivery Framework (SDF);Populate and maintain the RAID Log throughout the PO term;Prepare ISDM or SDF documentation that indicates the project complies with OATS policies and procedures;Lead the Program or Project Team in the execution of activities by ensuring that required artifacts and required documentation evidencing the deliverables are created and maintained;Document and manage the scope, schedule, and budget to ensure projects are completed on time, are within budget, and meet expectations for quality;Facilitate meetings throughout the term of the PO, proofread meeting documentation;Address Project Team conflict and communication problems proactively.
