What We Do The Marketing & Education Coordinator supports marketing and education for the Agency Division. This role involves coordinating and executing strategies that support the overall objectives of the organization. The individual will work closely with Sales teams, Divisional Marketing, and the Education team to determine requirements, design and conduct programs, and assess their success. Additionally, this person will coordinate and implement campaigns in collaboration with Corporate Marketing teams, evaluate their impact, and use data-driven insights to enhance their effectiveness.
What You'll Do:Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Divisional Marketing, and the Education team as well as other internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies based on industry changes at the local and national levels.Identify real estate-related education material and programs based on industry changes.Analyze the impact of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve their effectiveness. Measure the effectiveness of programs and report monthly.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.Conduct research to analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior.Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines while providing instructions for promotion or use.Coordinate various types of deliverables, including social media posts, blog posts, and print materials.Manage and coordinate tasks outsourced to external vendorWhat You'll Bring:Ideal Candidate : The ideal candidate for this role would have a strong background in marketing and education, with experience in developing and delivering programs, especially real estate-related programs. They would also have excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teamsRequired skills and qualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing with 5 or more years of experience in marketing, sales, advertising, and education.Hands-on industry experience in developing campaigns and promotions.Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.Data analytics to fine-tune strategies and meet campaign goalPay Range: $75,400 - $125,600 AnnualThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
