As the

Marketing Programs Specialist

you will get to manage and execute integrated marketing programs aimed at driving customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating campaigns across multiple channels, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and our internal clients, and leveraging data insights to optimize marketing efforts.You Will:You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives, then develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns to support key initiatives like product launches, sales enablement, and customer engagement. In addition, you will manage cross-functional projects, ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals, and provide data-driven insights to optimize performance. Your role will be integral in ensuring the marketing team delivers impactful solutions that meet the needs of the business.Develop, execute, and manage integrated marketing programs across channels (email, web, social media, paid media, events) to support business goals and customer engagement.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create marketing assets, such as blog posts, whitepapers, infographics, and other content that aligns with program objectives.Act as the point of contact for all marketing program initiatives, ensuring timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, and objectives are achieved.Design and manage lead generation programs, such as webinars, email campaigns, and content syndication, to nurture leads through the marketing funnel.Work with internal client and content teams to align program objectives with overall business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels within the prospect to client journey.Monitor, track, and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns. Use insights to make data-driven decisions for optimization and future strategies.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for marketing programs and improve overall strategy, and support service launch process for bringing new services to market.Some experience executing virtual and in-person events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences, working closely with event management teams.You Have:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.2-4 years of experience in marketing, marketing program management, or a similar role.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid media. Basic understanding of the events process.Proven understanding of marketing automation tools and the leads process.Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Experience creating marketing plans.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating and editing marketing materials.Analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting on program success.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in B2B professional services marketing is a plus.

Compensation Details:The base salary range targeted for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. This salary range represents BerryDunns good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
