Overseeing one direct report, this highly visible role will support all of Gartner’s 700+ Talent Acquisition associates globally and will be responsible for growing and scaling our Talent Intelligence function to drive hiring in line with Gartner’s growth objectives.This role will provide our stakeholders with the talent and market insights they need to get a competitive edge in the labor market. This will include utilizing research, data and insights to enable our Talent Acquisition teams to reach their strategic hiring goals, as well as advising business partners to make informed talent decisions.This position reports to the Sr. Director, Specialized Analytics & InsightsResponsibilities of the role:Drive the growth of the Talent Intelligence function, building out the long-term, scalable strategy of the function and positioning the Talent Intelligence team as a strategic trusted partner within the business ecosystemBe the subject matter expert on the global talent market, ensuring visibility and actionability for Talent Acquisition on relevant labor market trendsBuild influential relationships across the organization and partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to solve complex problems and provide analytical support to effectively impact changeUpskill TA teams on how to effectively utilize Talent Intelligence to drive their Recruiting and Sourcing Strategies, resulting in increased hiring efficiencyMaintain close partnerships with Sourcing and Recruiting teams to systematically gather Talent Intelligence based on candidate conversations, as well as test sourcing strategies and talk tracks to understand how to most effectively cultivate and engage candidatesEstablish a customer-centric, no-limits culture across all team membersCollaborate with our business partners – within and outside of HR – to solve business issuesPerform ad hoc analyses to support both Recruiting and Gartner leadershipRole Requirements:Bachelor's Degree, ideally in an analytical subject (e.g. math, science, engineering, economics, library and information science etc.)5-8+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in an HR, Strategy or Business Operations roleDemonstrated experience telling stories with data to influence executive level clients and business partners and drive changeExperience utilizing cutting edge technology to develop scalable solutions across a global matrixed environmentAble to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected changeStrong collaborator and business partnerDemonstrated ability to own, manage and complete projects across business functions with high quality results.Extensive proficiency with Microsoft software, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI and standard reporting tools such as Power Query or VisierExcellent attention to detail.Who are we?At Gartner, Inc. Join us.Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 105,600 USD - 144,900 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
