Job ID: 2798040 | Amazon.com Services LLCWe’re seeking a Talent Intelligence Strategist to partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) to drive location and talent/hiring strategies globally. The Talent Intelligence Strategist will enable the TA teams across regions to support business growth by enabling market intelligence and site strategy research. The role plays a critical part in building and growing our access to talent across multiple locations and partnering to help design recruiting strategies at scale. The Talent Intelligence Strategist will collect and analyze data to help business customers drive strategy, goals, processes and metrics to enhance and lift the recruiting teams.The ideal candidate operates effectively in an ambiguous environment, is highly analytical, has strong passion for developing insights, is capable of setting up the right frameworks to conduct talent acquisition market analysis, utilizes primary and secondary sources to identify insights, and has experience providing mission critical information that yields results. You will have the opportunity to scale research globally, present findings to a diverse audience, and drive deeper analysis for building and growing our sourcing capability.Key job responsibilities
Work with Senior Strategists to extend recruiter/sourcer passive sourcing capability. Dive deep into strategies that are working (or not) to provide knowledge and lift to the recruiting teams.Examine the current state of the job market and external competitors, identifying major trends that are impacting the supply and demand for labor.Analyze large, multifaceted datasets related to the workforce, human capital, and employee trends. Connect these disparate data points into a cohesive narrative, culminating in actionable recommendations to address organizational challenges and opportunities.Contribute to the knowledge base of Talent Acquisition teams and Amazon by providing education on relevant industries and talent pools; Work collaboratively to identify process improvements that can enhance data integrity, reliability, and consistency.Lead and maintain relationships with recruiting stakeholders.Conduct research which impacts TA's ability to successfully recruit & retain talent globally and write well researched data driven documents to contribute to organizational goals (cost savings, diversity, access to talent etc…).Participate in the Inspection and analysis of locations based on data and analytics to identify the most optimal geographies for site expansion per business needs.Work with Senior Strategists to influence key stakeholders such as Human Resources, Compensation, and the Business to ensure a superior client and candidate experience.Track work progress and measure its success via regular metrics tracking.A day in the life
Research: Learn and inspect new technology and product domains, and quickly understand and apply this knowledge into strategies for TA teams.Communication: Effectively engage with stakeholders to articulate complex arguments in a digestible and polished manner.High Judgment: Understand and apply business context to influence and drive change on topics with numerous complexities, variables, and stakeholders.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree- 4+ years of Extensive corporate research, intelligence, talent analytics, or consulting experience- 1+ years Direct experience managing complex talent intelligence and/or site strategy projects or programs that includes driving strategy with business leaders- Experience managing complex projects or programs with multiple cross-functional partners and stakeholdersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Corporate research, intelligence, talent analytics, or consulting experience- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
