We are looking for a customer-obsessed, growth-minded Manager, Product Management to lead our Paleo P&L and new physical product development. In order to proceed forward, the candidate must be located in Seattle or willing to relocate to this city. In this role, you will be in charge of identifying new food product development opportunities, bringing them to market, and managing a P&L of a critically large existing business.This candidate should be passionate about products, have strong product development skills, outstanding project management abilities, and be comfortable managing, deep diving, and speaking to a P&L (inputs and output drivers). They should excel in both strategic thinking and tactical execution, as responsibilities range from creating business plans to driving development. The candidate should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in an entrepreneurial environment.Traits of success:

The base pay for this position ranges from $134,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $222,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
