We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader that is passionate about products, brands, and food. In order to proceed forward, the candidate must be located in or near Seattle or willing to relocate to a Seattle-based office. We are looking for a customer-obsessed, growth-minded Sr. Product Manager to help identify concepts and bring them to commercialization. In this role, you will be in charge of identifying new product development opportunities, bringing them to market, and managing the products' business financials.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about products, have strong product development skills, outstanding project management abilities, and be comfortable in managing, deep diving, and speaking to a large P&L (inputs and output drivers). They should excel in both strategic thinking and tactical execution, as responsibilities range from creating business plans to driving development. The candidate should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in an entrepreneurial environment.

Manage the P&L of a new product portfolioAnalyze market trends and create a roadmap of Private Branded food products for the year aheadManage food products through the commercialization steps from sourcing, through to ensuring it's on shelf in our grocery stores and available online.
